Reward Board

This is a really great idea. The creater puts a slip of paper and some treats/money in each canister. The child then chooses a canister, does the chore and gets the reward.....I kind of like how she does it, but I would have to adapt it to what works for me. I am envisioning just rewards inside that they can randomly choose after doing something I've asked them to do, or for potty training. I would even just have slips of paper in them that had a reward written on it, like go to the aquarium, or play date with dad....something like that.
I have a magnet board, so I now know what to do with it.... :)

Mod Podge your Silk Screen Shirt

So I've been learning more and more about mod podge. It is simply amazing. Here you use mod podge to help you create a slik screen shirt. It took me a few times of reading through the directions, but I finally got it, see that it's simple, and love the results.

This is a cleaver way to make an apron foryour little ones. Everyone seems to have old T-shirts around.

Personalized Counting Book

I am going to do this. Simple and educational. Just snap some whots of things your kids play with, things you have around the house, or outside things, label them for you specific number and order them to have a personalized counting book.

Door Alarm for Kids

"Saved by the Bell" with this little kid door alarm. What a great idea for those night when the kids in the "big kid beds" like to come out time and time again.

Cupcake Bar

This is my new favorite thing I am going to do for my next party. What an ingenious idea. Everyone loves cupcakes. This way you don't have to do all the work yourself and everyone get to have some fun making their own!

Magnetic Paper Dolls

i have a sons so this would have to take a bit of a different shape, but I love the idea. I would probably make policemen, firemen, constructions workers, clowns....
It is so simple and I love the case they've make to put it in. It is a very quiet activity, compact and great for church, doctor apts, meetings...any place you need the kids quiet and busy.

Kids Board

I love this quote and I love this board. What a cute idea. I am sorry that I don't remember where I got it.

I got this from the same place, I remember that much. Such a great quote!

Caterpillar Craft

I saw this idea on a blog and I loved it. It was a fun craft to do with my boys. You just cut an egg carton up, paint it, slit holes for straw or pipe cleaner antenea, glue on some eyes and pom-poms. The hardest part about it was waiting for it to dry so they could play with it! :)

I think we are going to make a snake too. I will probably do some glitter diamonds on it and a felt tongue. I will update this post when we make it so check back.

Wooden Spool Dolls

These are soooooo cute. I want to make some of these. It would be fun to start building your own "town people", family, etc. I little something personal for the kids. I look back and always LOVE the things that my mom had made. I want to get back to that. I think we've kind of lost that in our generation!

Carseat Organizer

This is so smart. I need this, especially for road-trips. This is defiantly not my fabric of choice, but there are so many fun prints out there. I might even do a vinyl, tablecloth fabric that could just be wiped down.

Ocean Finger Puppets

I LOVE puppets. These are so cute and easy. You could take this idea and go SOOOOOO far with it. Felt is a great medium to work with.
